Chef Somer Sivrioglu owner of Anason & Efendy

The main ingredient for Chef Somer’s food is personality. Chef Somer’s charisma somehow makes his pumpkin humus creamier and his apple tea sweeter. In this image I sought to capture Somer’s many sides. On one hand he is carefree and creative, and on the other friendly and sophisticated. It’s this melting pot of attributes, along with Somer’s talent with Turkish cuisine that makes a dining experience at his restaurants a culinary pleasure and a cultural welcome.
